Protecting driver data is of the highest concern, so any recording or sharing of data remains in the driver’s control. Yes. Your company can have some employees on a FAVR program and some on a CPM program. Our goal is to offer multiple program options so you can assign each employee to the program that makes the most sense for them. Not all employees have to be on the same program.

You will still be able to manage all of your users and teams from a single management dashboard. All employees will also have the same access to our #1-rated mileage and expense tracking app and web dashboard.

Both CPM and FAVR are tax-free IRS programs. The right one for your team depends on factors such as how many employees drive for work, how many miles they drive and how geographically spread out they are.

Yes. You can add or remove users in the management dashboard whenever you would like.
Keep in mind that if you add more users to the CPM or FAVR program than you’re currently paying for, you will incur additional charges. To avoid overage fees, you can either:

• Remove inactive users, such as employees who have left your company, so your total number of active users stays the same, or
• Adjust your billing to add the new users to your current plan

So glad you asked! Once your account is created, go to your Team Dashboard and select "Billing" on the left-hand menu. Choose a monthly or annual plan, and your team will immediately gain access to all the advanced features included with the program.

If you like Everlance Starter and its time-saving features, there’s nothing you need to do at the end of your trial. Your credit card will automatically be charged for the plan you selected, and you’ll continue to have access to unlimited automatic trip detection, Work Hours, credit card integrations and more.

If you decide Everlance Starter is not for you, just call to cancel and your credit card will not be charged. We will send you an email two days before your trial ends to remind you. You can still continue to use Everlance on our free plan and will have access to all your previously recorded trips and transactions.

Your credit card will be charged at the end of your trial. If you selected an annual plan, you will be charged $69.99 for Starter or $99.99 for Professional. Everlance Starter also has the option to pay monthly, at the price of $8.99 per month.

Yes. Everlance is a business expense, so you can deduce the cost when filing your taxes as a self-employed individual.

You can set your subscription to be automatically canceled at the end of your current plan, but all sales are non-refundable.

Yes. On all plans, there are no limits to the number of manual trips. You can manually add trips on the app or the web dashboard in two ways:

• Manually start the GPS-based tracker when you are about to start driving, and manually stop the tracker when you are done driving
• Manually create a trip by adding in the starting and ending location

When you sign up for Professional, you will receive an email with special instructions to contact Customer Support for a priority response.
